All Excel Consulting, Inc. was founded by Dr. Alison Huguley, with the aim of supporting organizations and individuals in actualizing their personal and organizational visions in ways that contribute to a more just world. Combined, Drs. Alison and James Huguley hold more than 50 years of expertise in leadership, research, and organizational performance. Together with their elite network of affiliated experts, All Excel is will help you tailor a path forward toward excellent and fulfilling productivity.
Dr. Alison Huguley is All Excel’s Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Leadership and Organizational Development. She is a former Assistant Superintendent, School Principal, and Special Education across districts in New York City, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia. She has more than 25 years experience leading and supporting organizations and individuals around issues of leadership, organizational development, and diversity and equity. Alison received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Swarthmore College, her Masters in Education from Bank Street College, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Harvard University.
Dr. James (Jay) Huguley is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Research and Evaluation for All Excel. He is a national award winning researcher, and has 25 years experience in program design, research, and evaluation. An experienced program leader and designer, Jay has secured more than $10 million from local and national sources for research, program development, and evaluation initiatives. As a scholar of multiple methodologies, Jay has generated more than 50 academic publications that have collectively been cited more than 1,200 times. Dr. Jay received his Bachelors degree in English from Providence College, and both his Masters in Risk and Prevention and Doctorate in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University.
